First question is asking if you are for or against the plan, meaning the transaction between Wyloo and Noront. Second question is asking if you are for or against Wyloo getting paid in cash for the interest on the loan in lieu of cash if cash is not available for the payment. I am not an expert by any means, barely understand myself, so please do not take my word as gospel truth. If you call the company listed on the back of the booklet Noront sent they can help you.
