RE:RE:« CPTAQ results » ???I guess you skimmed it and missed Asbury mine. Doesnt matter. Miller is perfect for nuclear  and the only reason I brought that up was because of this beautiful statement from David Paterson "“Now Canada’s mining industry can jointly work with us to not only mine the commodities in Canada, but also add value to them,” he said. “That will create more jobs and more spinoffs and allow the industry to be a part of this whole integrated North American auto sector.”
I interpret that as an invitation for other manufacturers that require rare earth materials (such as SMRs) to set their sights on Qc.  The province is smart enough to realize the potential of Asbury and Miller. They'll earn far more revenue with the creation of jobs and taxes by opening Miller.  The province also knows that GSLR can't keep Miller closed because it will basically spook mining ventures from entering into Qc.  You seem to forget that Qc is drowning in debt so how else is this province going to obtain significant revenue?  It aint through exclusively designating GSLR as tourism destination.  There are hundreds of those throughout Qc.
