re march presentationMore information became available on page 14 of the new March presentation - a more detailed map of the western extension. Since the Dec 16th news release on assay results , 13 additional holes have yet to be released ( more holes have likely been drilled since this map was produced) . Holes NE -21- 176, 179, and 181 - 184 are infills to the previous drilling announced on Dec. 16 ( ie. 10.61m @ 7.81g/t including .94m @ 70.1g/t in hole 180 ) Hole NE-21-185 starts to move west ( adding reserves ) It offsets NE -17-64 ( 37m @ 1.17g/t). Holes 186 and 187 move 250m further west and split NE-17-61 and 64. Hole 187 goes deeper ( adding reserves). Holes NE 21-188 ,189 and 190 are WIDE OPEN exploration holes some 600+ m west of and at the same depth as NE-17-61 (33m@0.63g/t) . The holes are 250m apart ( lots of infill will be required and BIG reserves could be added here)
Hole NE-21-191 is a major exploration hole. As projected on the map, this hole may well be the deepest hole drilled to date. It deeply undercuts hole NE-17-64 (33m @ 1.17g/t) and will potentially define a very large zone of deep reserves that could extend all the way back to the pit shell !!! The string of drill locations completely covers the south shore of the second lake. I do not know if IMG has drilled or is drilling on ice on this lake. None the less, we are STILL some 650m away from our western boundary ( NE-21-188 location) - up against the SUP drilling on the Falcon mineralization. NO drilling has ever been done over this distance.
This winter program will be the game changer for the western extension potential. I am waiting for a similar map showing the deep locations under the pit shell and the drilling locations to the east. Safe to say there is likely some 20 -30 holes to come as IMG is still drilling.
As always - waiting for assays , but there should be some very good and thick intersections coming - patience is required and the price of gold is certainly helping our cause and our NSR!
