MS always said 10-15% equity stake to a "strategic investor" and implied that would be an entity that understood low grade mining. IMO that's the game changer CNC needs but that's not what happened. I don't think people would be so upset if CNC wasn't creating these expectations - but they did. Don't forget we were also told big companies were involved and needed time to assess b/c they move slowly and they had to bring more chairs to the table etc. Then we get bought deal financing...

The point you're missing CEO is that we have the room to dilute. You're worried about a junior raising cash with an outstanding share count of 100 million? That makes no sense. We actually have the capacity to dilute even more than this and still be well ahead of what other juniors have done.
