NCIB

NCIBWhen wrong you need to admit it.

Well, it looks like i was dead wrong in my assumption that IFP would have started their purchase on the new NCIB.

The latest they can report is on the 10th of every month. So far, i haven't seen anything.

Unless, they report after the close.

I would have bet with anyone that they were to slowly buy back after their black out period in early Feb.

As per my calculations, the valuation and leverage metric they used in the first NCIB had been
meet.

I just don't get it.

The actual market cap of IFP on a per sghare basis is lower than their latest 3 acquisitions, meaning that buying back their shares is cheaper than doing another acquisition.

I don't understand their reasoning.

I would have liked to see a bit of buying but i am not selling my shares at these depressed levels.
