RE:The Decision for Investors.. Good post RM90090. We don't know what kind of deal they offered and on what terms. Giving up a board seat is big, plus there could be other stipulations the bought deal didn't have that won't handcuff Mark. That's all speculation on my part because that's what this stock is all about still. 

I know from being in a couple of other deals with majors, it's all great press for the first few days but then that wears off then nothing. The majors don't even like to talk about their deals with anyone, especially early stage ones. 

Majors also can bog you down and the hierarchy Mark mentioned it takes to make a decision is multiple layers of bodies and time which maybe he didn't have. 

Worst of all they don't buy on the open market unless the are trying to screw you and put walls up for a cheap buyout offer

Until we know the new players and their power to help move us on news then I think folks should hold judgement. Emotions are high and the trolls are out to play on that.

Maybe Crux Investor can ask all those hard questions in his next interview.
