it's a head scratcher fer sure!  small float, tightly held...we haven't seen volume like this... ever?  i'm struggling to understand why we're trading multi-million shares for a few days and the share price is pretty much not changing....

i did also note that fwiw the short position was not fully closed but was closed down by what, about 75%?  leaving 37977 shares short, down by 158k...

but i also donit understand why while SALT has gone up quite a fair bit, vul hasn't moved at all, and we hold 42% of SALT....

sigh....
