Through Compania Minera Sierra Norte S.A., it owns 100% of Sierra Norte, an iron oxide copper gold deposit located in Chile's Atacama Region, that spans over 7,000 hectares.

RE:RE:Chile mining nationalization is slim possibility - ArticleLast year in May 2021, there was a vote to pick 155 citizens to form the body to construct/rewrite the new constitution.  Any article would need 2/3rds support to pass on to the proposed constitution (which then would need to pass in a plebescite).  It was a big surprise to see how many independents got voted in.  Actually maybe it should not have been a surprise -- as the right-leaning government (today is their last day in office) has been very unpopular through the pandemic.  They were crushed in this May 2021 vote receiving less than 1/3rd of the representatives to form this body.  Still though, there are centre-lefts that should be able to prevent radical articles from passing.
