The Company’s principal asset is the historic past-producing Idaho-Maryland Gold Mine (the I-M Mine Property) located in Nevada County, California, United States. The I-M Mine Property is a past producing high-grade property near Grass Valley, California, United States, which it owns outright through its wholly owned Nevada subsidiary, Rise Grass Valley Inc. (Rise Grass Valley). The I-M Mine Property is private land which covers approximately 175 acres of surface land and approximately 2600 acres of private mineral rights. The I-M Mine Property surface rights include three parts of fee simple land, Idaho land representing 56 acres (23 hectares), Brunswick land representing 37 acres (15 hectares), and the Mill Site property representing 82 acres (33 hectares). The I-M Mine Property consists of parcels of surface land located in portions.

RE:RE:feasibility study and financing requiredI don't know what happened in BC and  I do agree above all else, management is very important.

However, reading the submission the company made to the regulators, you cannot but be impressed by the quality and thoroughness of the report. It is very hard to find an area they did not deal with in great detail. It is too bad that we missed a lot of good plays since 2019 by holding this plus the reverse split really hurt but maybe in the long run we will be better off.

I hope they come up with the approval and start making some pleasing press releases and that this stock starts to move.

There are no current proven or probable reserves but does anyone know what they were before the mine closed around the second world war.
