Takeover watch begins.....With a large short and solid price suppression going on, I think we might be approaching endgame.  Once the EIA is approved fro Casca there might be a hostile bid come flying in.

Once EIA is approved, if anyone wants to take over TXP, that is the time. Once Casca is online the price multiplies.
