RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:FINALLY !Owning this many shares is also a risk and this was highlighted in the annual information form.
So yea, it has its pros and cons.
This is still basically a one-man show with Omri holding the bulk of the decision-making authority.
You have to understand that many investors are angry; it's not easy seeing a stock you purchased at over $1 trade at 47cents. Even the lead underwriter at the most recent raise is not recommending the stock and you can see them (Canaccord) selling. I keep wondering why Wishpond would get buy recommendations and a 2.75 PT with their cashburn; they are buying back shares despite burning cash.
Can't say I fully grasp what's going on here but if you look beyond revenue growth, gross margins appear to be decreasing which isnt a good sign. I really hope things can turn around but we're now so deep in the gutters it wil take so much to recover. The problem when share price declines like this is one will start to look for all the reasons for the decline.
First bought ZOMD at 30cents and it ran up to 1.5. Later crashed down to 20cents and I bought some more. I would think these guys are even more quiet and put out fewer PRs yet the stock found a bottom. So far ADCO appears to be a bottomless pit and I'm guessing this is also because Omri owns too many shares. Float is so small that small blocks of trades can drive down the price significantly.
It's difficult for investors to sell when they dont even understand whats going on which is even more frustating. Revenue growth, positive cashflows, nice partnerships and awards yet we're drilling for oil. If we lose what appears to be support at 46cents, then I dont know
