food for thoughtDoes the following made any sence.TVRID is a private company....a profitable company.It pays 30% of its available profit to TVI in the form of dividends.TVI has no say in much since TVRID is the majority holder.Question: If TVRID lists on the exchange....who would rush to buy TVI stock if they're buying TVRID stock.Both hold the same companies.You think TVI would trade at 30% of TVRID price.(factoring number of shares of each company).Would both companies trade with volume or just TVRID.Would not TVRID benifit by owning 100% of all when it lists.(an M &A)(T VRID and TVI combined).In TVRIDs "new" website it seems to imply TVIs path to success is finding its own 100% owned property to explore.It also states their where TVI can find the money it would need for a start up.
