No concerns at all since the lawsuite is agaist borkerage firms and not the company.

Broker dealers are required to perform adequate due diligence on any investment they recommend and to ensure that all recommendations are suitable for the investor. Firms that fail to do so, may be held responsible for any losses in a FINRA arbitration claim."

Everyone knonws this is a high risk investment, unless your brokerage firm told you otherwse than they have something to worry about. Plus this article is a year and a half old. Think we would have heard something by now if it involved the company.
