They didn't give specific guidance for Q1, but they expect no growth or slightly negative growth compared to last year due to one large client in 2021 switching agency since then. Imo, they implied that EBITDA would be just a bit higher than zero, due to the additional costs of being listed on the Nasdaq and their additional spendings on sales and marketing (which should be $11M over the year).
Given what they said in the CC (their yearly guidance and the various comments over the split of revenue), I would expect quarterly revenues to look like this:
Q1 - $26M
Q2 - $32M
Q3 - $40M
Q4 - $50M
