Unbelievable!!! now going to raise $20MM instead of $12With the eventual exercise of warrants which one has to hope will happen current shareholders will only have 45% or so of the outstanding shares. Talk about absolutely massive dilution without any
warning, heads up or discussion from mgt. Something in my opinion is seriously wrong with the mgt. here. In my opinion they have zero regard for shareholders. I would guess they want the money in the bank and will then award themselves massive option packages at a new LOW price level. The communication from mgt. to shareholders is almost nonexistant. They appear to run the company strictly for their benefit and the shareholders are just a necessary nusiance. Gold has risen over 33% or so while this stock has fallen by 80% or so. I would challenge anyone to find a gold company that has performed worse than Elevation over the last year. Uuugghhh.......
