Keeping an eye on $COIN.n $SMURF

If you missed it, check out the news release announcing the lease agreement with Skechers on its Fashion Street Estate. Skechers has leased a 5,000 sq foot space on virtual land owned by Metaverse Group, a subsidiary company of $COIN.n.

I'm looking forward to seeing some more updates on this as Skechers is a massive brand. $COIN.n has been killing it recently with the announcements on its first metaverse tenants, staking its recently acquired CryptoPunk #5067, and brands participating in Metaverse fasion week.

I'll be watching this stock closely and see this bouncing back soon with all the positive announcements. Could be a good time to enter IMO as the current price of $COIN.n @ $1.03 is quite cheap.
