If it stays dry then it will be too . . . dry (fire danger). You would think a nice mix of rain and sun would be ideal, but in my experience this will bring on the black flies!! Don't even begin to imagine what those bustards will do to the drill schedule. Basically nature has it out for any outdoor endeavor this company can dream up and moving to a safe indoor enterprise would be my advice.

Hybrid GMO cannabis that is in the form of a crypto ledger might work, though I'm not familiar with the risks that exist in that line of business.
