RE:Scotia-At this point I'll take the fvcking $21 target c'monI think I see why now they have been so conservative (wrong). Their valuation is based on looking at the 3-year average multiple on the stock. Of course the past 3-years were dominated by the pandemic scare and the huge volatility in the market. They should take the multiple where it traded pre-pandemic, then, considering that the coverage ratio and payout has improved, use an appropriate multiple looking forward. Unless they are expecting another pandemic.
