Helluva lot of shares on the bid and and x2 amount on askalmost. If that is real then I suspect we have a suitor sniffin' around or maybe the same marketmakers that have our sp locked in this range.
Maybe Jones Soda is on the hunt after their California announcement and Interstate expansion ambition.
It didn't take them long to make their moves but will believe it when I get some feedback from Californians that they have skus on shelves other than their pop with wacky flavours.
I don't know who is co-bottling for Jones 'cause I think their bottling facility is in Washington and I don't know where the Interstate xfr of cannabinoids stands and I beleive they are aiming for a thc line similar to Tinley's.
It's not just them waiting to pounce on the thc bevy market. There's some biggies hovering over California, mostly waiting for a triggering event or a confidence. I'm aware of Constellation/Canopy who have Acreage Holdings, leading US MSO lined up with an inked deal and $38 million paid to Acreage and passed down to shareholders of record. They just have to commit to planting their flag on US soil and finalize the deal with some printed shares to take 70% of Acreage under their wing.
US politiicians need to do the work to decriminalize the Fed rules for pot or instill confidence that non US interests feel safe to do business in the US alongside the MSOs.
Tinley seems to be moving forward to producing everything they have announced and I believe that the Tinley's line is still alive and being advanced.
Not sure what I think about the Beckett's but we got that on shelves pretty quick, for us and I believe there is a market for this type of drink or that it could be easily bumped up to a CBD sku.
It would make it so easy if all the States had the same set of rules and if this cannabinoid stuff is able to cross State lines, but that is too practical an approach for politicians and lawmakers.
