Move on? I wonder how many of us did move / are moving on?

Checkout MainStreet Equity's last five years. They own student housing as well but don't use LPs to raise capital. That CEO has taken a different approach. They don't payout dividends (like a REIT) - all money goes back into growth. All benefits go into shareholder pockets.

Is CIBT's CEO's long term plan using LPs to raise capital working or failing retail investors? 

After five years....has time run out to prove to TSX investors that the LP approach has any merit compared to competitor approaches?

The share price is where it was five years ago, despite Vancouver real estate values going through the roof. Many other real estate investor companies have been able to give returns (see Alignvest) to investor pockets.
 

What game plan is really being played out here? And who is benefiting?
