BTB Real Estate Investment Trust (the Trust) is a Canada-based real estate investment trust (REIT). The Trust’s primary objective is to maximize total return to unitholders, to generate stable monthly cash distributions that are reliable and fiscally beneficial to unitholders, to grow the Trust’s assets through internal growth and accretive acquisitions, and optimize the value of its assets through dynamic management of its properties to maximize their long-term value. RE:Weird stock is BTBNot as weird as you might think.  I'm not a follower of TNT, but here's some quick and dirty thoughts:

1. BTB is still cheaper.  Approx figures...  

TNT .57 AFFO / 6.88 price = 8.3% AFFO yield
BTB .385 recurring AFFO / 4.28 price = 9.0% recurring AFFO yield

2. It might be that the market is starting to forgive BTB for the dividend cut.

3. It might be that the market doesn't think TNT payout ratios in excess of 100% are sustainable.

Please feel free to enlighten me if any of my thoughts are incorrect.
