RE:RE:RE:Liberty Gold To Raise $30 Million Via Bought Deal At $1.10 PNow that was one heck of a silly post. The deal should have been done at .75 with a warrant?
First, the CEO is one of the largest shareholders so effectively, he watered down his own holdings.
Second, this company had not done a raise in years. Has sold off properties to concentrate on their US properties. Indeed, this company will be sold at much higher prices. When and at what price is uncertain. The current raise will go towards drilling that will further expand an updated resource estimate.
As for the first comment about gold going to 1 million and the company still not benefitting -- weird statement. This is an explorer not a producer. The company has no intention of producing.
By the way, if higher gold prices can be maintained, LGD will also be valued much higher as their gold in ground will be more valuable. Argon, doesn't seem like your a shareholder nor someone who truly understands junior explorers. I wish you well in your investing.
