I really disliked GRB marketing team using an article that is almost ten years old. Sure, it highlighted the projects but it's outdated.

I would much prefer promotions that are more current, like the housing shortage in California and how GRB is positioned to do well. That I found was a good promotion.

apparently April is the month so I'll wait and see. If we get good news on sage and montalva that would give me reason to hold. If not, I'll take the loss and move one
