Ceo of pioneer said his company would'nt increase productionNo matter how high oil prices went...........the whole purpose of higher oil price is to encourage producers to increase production..........due to the oil industry lessons learned from the past they saying no thankyou were good ........this is a big change from previous cycles.....imo
