Can anyone comment?

Can anyone comment?I have noticed that over the last month or so, that everytime someone buys stock in this company, someone sells.  The price is hovering around .29 to .31.  Is there someone out there selling as we buy, how long will this continue.  I have noticed this with some other stocks, can anyone explain or am I just not having enough patience, I have been long for about 1 year now.  Thanks in advance.
