RE:RE:RE:RE:A trip down memory lane: The difference between MS and PMHindsight is not always 20/20.
MS is not coming back to Largo so there is not much point on going on about this.
I owned Molycorp when MS was a CEO and was able to make some money on the stock and get out just in time. Besides external factors I do believe that MS was a big promoter of the stock and also a contributor to the failure of the company.
In 2015 when I posted that comment about MS and Largo I believed that MS was a good fit for Largo based on where Largo was at the time (if I recall correctly Largo had a huge debt that had to be paid/renegotiated) and my own investment objectives. These 2 things have changed as well as my age.
MS did a good job with the debt in great part due to his skills and also due the change in V price. Not sure to what extend I would blame him for the fiasco related to the terms of V sales to Glencore (initial signing was done prior to MS but the terms werenot changed under MS) and the headache this created for Largo shareholders when V prices changed direction.
Do you remember all the pain and all those posts about re-measurement?
Personally I prefer a stable company with a stable revenue stream paying dividends to its shareholders. I am in Largo for the long run and would like to see dividend payments for its shareholders.
BTW I have been in Largo well before MS during the time MB was the CEO
