Multi year low = Another healty pullback and consolidating.

Its a vicious cycle. Some investors are acting on the belief that the more Canopy Weed they buy and smoke the more sales go up and their investment. The more they smoke the more they believe this is how it works. Rinse and repeat. Sigh
