As the Sales Manager, I want to reach out to you and share some important information about the selling process at Nelson & Grove.
Viewing will be by appointment only and based on your registration date (please don’t come to the sales center unless you have an appointment).
Although prices have not yet been confirmed, I anticipate a starting price from $1,400,000+ including gst. and going up from there depending on model, lot location, and release date.
With over 2500 registrations and only 65 homes, I will do my best to accommodate everyone who is wanting to purchase, so please contact me by email between March 14th to 21st if you wish to be added to the appointment list.
In order to be fair, we will sort those requesting an appointment by the original registration date to maintain your place in que. Note, appointments do not guarantee availability or prices, but allow you to view the show homes and confirm your interest in purchasing as the homes become released for sale. Requests for appointments made after March 21st will be scheduled once we complete the initial registration que.
In order to help you prepare, I have compiled a list of the most frequently asked questions below:
1. What is the price?
The price of a home is determined by lot and house type. Prices for specific lots will be determined when a lot is released for sale.
2. What is the deposit structure?
The total deposit is 15% divided into 3 payments as follows:
- $5,000 deposit at time of contract
- 10 % one week later
- Balance of the 15% in 90 days
3. When can I move in?
Sometime in 2023. The homes at Nelson & Grove are not yet built and will be turned over to our purchasers at a rate of 4 per month in 2023.
