I believe Tim is

-Interested in closing the $5,000,000.00 financing announced March 7/2022 . I expect it to close this week. This would leave Sokoman with $9-10 million in hard dollars and $5 million less costs in flow through , to the best of my knowledge.
-Mr. Sprott will have his $4,000,000.00 in on time.
