Update Regarding US Trading Status on OTC markets

March 14, 2022 - Vancouver, B.C. - Trillion Energy International Inc. (“Trillion” or the “Company”) (CSE: TCF) (Frankfurt: 3P2N) is pleased to provide this update regarding its trading status on the OTC Markets. Trillion was required to file a corporate action application with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (“FINRA”) as a result our recent re-domestication from Delaware to British Columbia. With no notice to the Company, FINRA erroneously processed the application to remove our quotation from the OTC Markets. FINRA informed us that a new form 211 application was required to resume trading. We are now in the process of filing a new form 211 and have engaged a sponsoring market maker to do so. We are also coordinating with the OTC Markets. We expect to have the stock resume trading within two weeks in the US market and will provide further updates when available. Our stock remains trading on our primary market, the Canadian Securities Exchange under the symbol TCF, as well as the Frankfurt market.
