Any level of DD would indicate that Ormi was a majority shareholder.  We bought into Adcore for the ride which still looks good to me... I have both shares and warrants that are significantly underwater like others in the tech sector.   There is no liquidity issues with Adcore with zero debt in a high growth sector. 

It may be time for you to turn the page or sell for perceived greener investment pastures.
