Who is selling?

Who is selling?It's hard to watch the selling day after day, but who is selling their shares here for pennies on the dollar? At a reasonable estimate of $1.5 million EBITDA per quarter, this is trading at under 6x EBITDA. What am I missing here? I feel like a broken record repeating the same thing while the stock price declines 25% in two weeks.
