Oroco Resource Corp. is a Canadian mineral exploration company. The Company is engaged in the acquisition and exploration of mineral properties in Mexico. It holds a net 85.5% interest in those central concessions that comprise 1,173 hectares (ha) (the Core Concessions) of The Santo Tomas Project, located in northwestern Mexico. It also holds an 80% interest in an additional 7,861 ha of mineral concessions surrounding and adjacent to the Core Concessions (for a total Project area of 9,034 hectares, or 22,324 acres). The Project hosts a large, outcropping porphyry copper deposit comprised of fracture-hosted and disseminated copper and molybdenum sulphides with significant gold and silver credits. Its Xochipala Property is comprised of the Celia Gene (100 ha) and the contiguous Celia Generosa (93 ha) concessions. Its Salvador Property is a 100-hectare mining concession, which lies around 25 kilometers (kms) to the west of the Xochipala Property and 30 kms west of Chilpancingo, Guerrero.

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:No volume in the $1.70,sThnaks Jwall on  your post.   Of course increasing the number of drills increases the burn rate.    Would have taught that they could have increase pre raise.   Now what is your estimate of mobilisation/rig increase ?   Anyway, in this business you take the money when it is available.
Mind you, they only have permits for 9 drill pads in the North Zone so untli they get more permits, ramping up will be limited.   South Zone is still pending.  Braziles ramp up might depend on the assays results so they can plan it.
Interestingly, there appears to be some problem with the owner's title on the north zone which is throwing a wrench in getting environmental permits and surface rights.    Maybe the money raise for acquisition is earmarked partly to settle this ?
And yes on the private placement, i would have also dumped my shares to parley the proceed in the 1.70 shares + warrant.   Tough luck.   Would have preferred a strategic partner taking a 5 or 10% position but it is what it is.
