RE:NR-9months results and dividendAs Beckers uses the income approach, as opposed to the sales comparison approach, to value their properties we do not really see the real appreciation in the value of properties that one would expect given the hot market in Ontario. If they used the sales comparison approach I think the valuations would be higher. For this reason, I suspect the company may be undervalued in relation to its net worth. This should be taken into consideration when considering the potential value of shares in the event management decide to sell the properties. All in my humble opinion.
