LiquidityReassuring to see that they seem to have good liquidity at this point:
"The Company's approach to managing liquidity risk is to ensure that it will have sufficient liquidity to meet liabilities when due. As at January 31, 2022, the Company had a cash and cash equivalent balance of $380,538 (2021 - $1,098,963) and a liquid short-term investments balance of $4,756,511 (2021 - $4,725,847) to settle current liabilities of $1,152,535 (2021 - $991,685). All of the Company's financial liabilities have contractual maturities of less than 30 days and are subject to normal trade terms."
I think that their rental income is less than that required to cover dividends but it looks like they have funds on hand in addition to revenue from operations. Also, they have no debt and sell properties from time to time for additional funds....again, if anyone more versed in this matter wants to chime in please do so! Always looking for info/advice re: this investment.
