To each their own, since November industrial publically listed SP has been flatish - negative. But to consider on other Reits is before Covid trends of work from home, less office space needed, e-commerce trend and location of real estate. Upside outside of big players purchasing shares or companies is capped. 

I have the patience to hold until sentiment improves or lack of patience and will sell if the SP  skyrockets.
