It also holds 100% working interest land position in the East Duvernay resource play in central Alberta.

Let me give you an actual true life example:

My uncle was an avid stamp collector.  He spend days collecting and organizing his stamps.  Those stamps were worth a fortune according to him. My uncle passed and bequeathed his collection to his son (he also had 1 daughter).  His son was not a stamp affecionado, so he went and had them appraised.  The figure he got was about 30k in 1989!. He then tried to sell them. The highest price that he was offered was 4k and was given several reasons why 4k was the max.

The moral of the story is that oil may have a certain value, but unless the market values oil correctly, the sp will be undervalued.  

So yes it's valuable but if nobody else feels this way...$5.41 it is...
