RE:RE:KurtYou might look at it as Kurt decided to set a transition period to look after the company he started , that had a grace period, in case results were awful and he needed to stick around to over see more restructuring.
Results were good enough that he feels OK about exiting.
It's not a bad thing , just a thing.
