RE:Inflation driven investing
RE:Inflation driven investing"What is typically considered normal " imho since 71' our financial playing field has morphed into something that resembles the Soviet Union of the 1950's . Everything reported is rainbows and unicorns, but fueling the engine is massive market manipulation. Ask your self why would anyone buy a bond several points under inflation? They would be losing money . If this were a free marked economy the US treasury should be 9 percent now, closer to 20 if you agree with stats provided by John Williams. Dig up some old John Embry videos, check out his bio. He will shed a lot of light on this subject as well as why to buy pm's
On the subject of IR, I think this regime are acting like the pro's that they are . No tid bits of fluf to attract the impressionable investor. Fierro said quarterly updates. That should be mid Aprilish. He also said he is results oriented. If results are good they should be rewarded if poor they should be punished.
Red lake on one side ,Great Bear on the other, Barrick everywhere else, geology that strongly suggests higher grades at depth....imho this baby is a hold no brainer.
