So I deliberately used conservative assumptions like averaging Q1 WTI at $92.48 USD because I did these quick calculations for my own edification to get my mind around what Q1 “might” look like at the very least in a general sense
.
For instance I believe Suncor will easily exceed my estimation of +$1.5 billion increase in revenues for the reasons you mention and a few others like Petro Canada may contribute extra too.

I agree PE isn’t the metric it once was though when you go from a negative PE to a PE possibly under 4 it shows Suncor is really increasing and creating cash flow in a very dramatic fashion.
 
My personal opinion is oil price rises from $92.48 WTI go directly to the bottom line (less royalties taxes etc) and Suncor’s ability to create cash flow over and above expenses is a parabolic curve now.
