I was never directed by Bioasis under my current contract. They had no say in what I wrote nor did I cunsult Bioasis about anything I wrote. Nothing. Never.
We had an agreement under which we agreed that I would be "understanding" about not being paid because Bioasis had no money. I was to be paid, and I was paid, when Bioasis had sufficient money. We'll see what a court says about all of it if it comes to that.
In Dec, 2021, I cancelled my contract because nonpayment had gone on for too long.
Bioasis could have cancelled my contract at any time for any reason, including because they found no value in me. They did not cancel my contract. I did.
So, Ftr, you couldn't be more wrong, as you are with everything you post about Bioasis.
Embarrassing for you...
