Delayed AGM
Delayed AGMAs each day passes without a Sedar message about the timing of the AGM, it becomes more likely that the AGM may be deferred.
This might be expected given the current situation in Ukraine except that our head office is in the US.
Or, the reserves update is delayed......last year it was posted on March 30.
We shall have to await that date to be sure.
Alternatively, buyout deal is in the works awaiting the Ukraine situation to resolve.
For sure, we are going to own Kub for Q1 and it's strong cash flows..
