RE:RE:RE:NioBay Metals Halts Exploration At James Bay Project Due To

RE:RE:RE:NioBay Metals Halts Exploration At James Bay Project Due To Sorry <10% participated in the survey. I suspect the MCFN saw the Ministry of Northern Development and Mines New Release yesterday act acted to shut down exploration and used the poorly done survey and the Wetham Road incident as a tool in that purpose. That's their right. But lets be clear the drilling contractor used by NioBay in the Wetham road incident was from MCFN and they ignored the Wetham Road restrictions. NBY is responsible in that that contractor was under the contractual obligation to NBY and as such it was NBY responsibility to make sure they did not use the Wetham road as stipulated under the Covid 19 restrictions. Now it was during Covid 19 lockdowns so perhaps NBY could not or were not allowed to get personnel into the area to oversee that the MCFN members drilling company who ignored the restrictions. None of that gets a mention. So MCFN why does every issue seem to illicit an angry defensive posture from the onset?  The MCFN clearly see theProvincial and Federal governments coming for critical metals and are doing these actions to say hold on not so fast. I have to ask is the the most effective way forward?
