Should be trading much higher than in mid - Jan

Should be trading much higher than in mid - JanSomething sure isn't adding up here with the relentless selling.  Ag and Zn prices are much higher than they were in mid Jan when DSV was trading close to 2.10 - 2.20/sh.  Insiders selling more to exercise options?  So far only one has sold according to Canadian Insider and that was for 300.000 shares - not a significant amount to explain the fall in price.  Insiders did buy in Jan at 1.92 so can't be  bad news coming.   Someone needing to raise money?  At a loss to explain it.  Hopefully some news next week and more clarity.  Anybody have any thoughts on this?
