Nothing is all good and nothing is all bad. So when these trolls come in here day after day, saying what an unmitigated, uninvestable disaster this company is, it's going to tick people off. Why? Because we all know it's not true. ARX is a top holding for most major funds and virtually all analysts rate it as a strong buy with $20+ price targets.
Yes, it's run in an extremely conservative manner, but that's exaclty the type of play investors like me are looking for. Undervalued with strong recovery / growth prospects and limited downside risk. Its strong balance sheet and the quality of its land base are major bonuses.
So my bottom line is I can't stand traders / investors who:
1) Hate themselves (There's no doubt with these guys)
2) Don't understand what they own
3) Act like wannabe / armchair CEOs
4) Think they can predict the future (nobody can)
5) Only see black and white
6) Exhibit unhealthy fixations
7) Actively spread fear, uncertainty and doubt
So I'll try to ignore these idiots but I don't fault my counterparts on this board for pushing back against them one bit. I'd like to know how other posters feel about this and how we can keep this board a constructive place for sharing ideas, information and criticisms in a balanced way.
Cheers and GLTA ARX longs.

if everyone were to ignore MHP, Angelnicky, and Ivan grubby this board would get a lot quieter and more tolerable.
thoughts anyone?
