The fact is that I have been looking at MGX for many years, my interest was peaked by press releases about silicon for batteries... working with a university on that... but it quickly became evident to me then that MGX management had no clue about what would be required to actually make silicon for batteries...

But what really convinced me behind the shadow of a doubt that MGX was a joke were the two latest MGX press releases concerning Silicon (January 5 and 12)... Anybody that understands how Silicon is made and how much capital is required to start a traditional Silicon plant knew that those releases were nothing more than desperate attempts at promoting a dying company.

So please make me laugh trying to write a rebuttal...
