It would only be delayed if they go past the 90 days. Not sure you read what I wrote, but in my experience, usually it's not the accounting that holds up the report release.
You don't get any award for filing early. I find the fact that they don't provide a date for their earnings report more aggravating than the date itself.
I understand the 90 days. Sure they can wait for the 90days. Fine. I meant why delay until the end? you note they don't provide a release date....why are they elusive with this? Why do the largest of large businesses have no problem stating when their earnings will be released ahead of time? Why do they have no problem releasing so quickly yet WELL can only say they will release between 28th and 31st?
Just questions that pop up in my mind.
