RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Biden said he wants made in americaNot economic to partially smelt concentrate, re-load for non-existant US smelter to refine.   That would be double-loading cost and transportation once partially refined which makes no sense anyway.

A west coast smelter continues to be rejected and would take decades to complete.  Additionally, such a coast smelter would not have suffiecient fed-stock warranting huge capital outlay.
