RE:RE:RE:RE:Not good

RE:RE:RE:RE:Not goodI've tried to gather some information about the DOI remand and in my opinion see the following.
The remand is for the AAP's access across the 25 miles of National Park and Preserve only. Obviously this is the most direct and cost effective route but it is possible to go further south and around the Preserve lands. Road not dead.
"The DOI has stated that the suspension of the road permits will allow it to carry out additional supplemental work on the FEIS." Currently we don't know what this "supplemental" work entails and in my experience with environmental permitting this is by no means the end of that section of road access merely a pause for clarifications or additional requirements be imposed.
Road not dead.
As the company stated, "when it has more clarity on the scope and timing of the proposed supplemental work." This is an important statement as it implies the remand is merely requesting additional work to be completed (as protection to the environment) and with time/study or additional works completed this remand can be overcome.

This JMHO and in disclosure I have recently opened a position in this stock.
