RE:RE:RE:Largo and LPV

RE:RE:RE:Largo and LPVGLTA, I know that the whole business involving the Column Capital Corporation setup with a newly created Largo Physical Vanadium entity is confusing, to say the least. The original document was purposely published in the form of a LOI by CPC, and then LPV announced it's participatory role. The original LOI describes in writing what I stated in my post, and I think it will become obvious to all, if this complex setup actually is accomplished, that there is a final reverse takeover of CPC by LPV, and it will be that named entity, including the Largo name, that will be issued for common stock trading reflecting the value of its Vanadium inventory. Maybe what we are looking at is a reverse takeover of a reverse takeover. Confusing and complex to us all until, and if, transaction is finalized.
